Like most practitioners I came to
Homeopathy after working in other fields, in my case advertising, human
resources and international market research. Although I found my work
challenging and interesting it was not deeply satisfying.
When I discovered Homeopathy I
was immediately convinced this was where I was meant to be, I was developing a
skill which helped patients in a very profound way as well as using the empathy
with people which I knew was my one great strength. So, I qualified with a four
year course at the London College of Homoeopathy, completed the registration
process with the Society of Homeopaths and have been West Somerset’s Homeopath
for over 20 years. I feel very privileged to be admitted to so many people’s
lives, no two cases are alike and after all these years I still look forward to
every day with enthusiasm. I love that sense of continuity that comes from
practising in one area for so long, I’ve known many of my patients for years,
treated their children and seen them grow up – some have even married each
other and brought their babies to me for treatment.
I am married with a daughter and
three grown up stepsons and a menagerie of animals. I live in Minehead where I
have my consulting room, though home visits can be arranged for those who can’t
get out.
You are welcome to phone for a
chat or email, to see whether homeopathy can help you.
